IIITDM Kancheepuram located at at Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, Chennai now announces their recruitment notice for faculty positions.

• Professor (Computer / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering / Engineering Design) : 04 Posts,Payscale : Rs.37,400- 67,000 + AGP Rs.10,000.,Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the relevant discipline. A minimum of 13 years of teaching / research / industrial experience, out of which at least 04 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in the AGP of Rs.9000/- or equivalent. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership in research /development in a specific area of specialization in terms of strong record of publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings, patents, laboratory/ course development, guidance of Master and Ph.D. students and/ or other recognized relevant professional activities.
• Associate Professor (Computer / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering / Engineering Design) : 02 Posts,Payscale : Rs.37,400- 67,000 + AGP Rs.9,000.,Qualification :Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the relevant discipline. A minimum of 09 years of teaching / research / industrial experience, out of which at least 03 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.8000/- or equivalent. Candidate should have demonstrated research and development capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings/ patents etc.
• Assistant Professor (Electronics Engineering)  :  01 Post,Payscale : Rs.15,600 - 39,100 + GP Rs.6,000.Qualification : Ph.D., with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in an appropriate branch/discipline with a very good academic record throughout. Candidate should have demonstrated research and development capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings/ patents etc.
