• To be part of Software Development Team
• Interface with product principles i.e. be SPoC (Single Point of Contact)
• Potential candidate should have strong hands-on experience in : Entire SDLC framework IDE (Integrated Development Environments) Testing Strategies, estimation techniques, Good understanding of Data Structures/DB Schema/Troubling Shooting & Optimization of DB issues
Open Source (Java/J2EE)/host centric platforms architecture,Weblogic/websphere/Apache/Tomcat AS, Oracle 11g DB experience HP-UX, MVC2 Architecture, TRU 64 Unix, Linux (Red-Hat/SCO), Windows Preparation of RFP, DPRs and Technical Bids Potential candidate should have working knowledge of :

Essential Criteria:
• Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience
• Work experience must span over 2 turnkey IT assignments (min.) with team size more than 50
• PMP Certified
• Candidate should be executed role of being part of Development Teams in more than 2 projects Project commercial volume to be in excess of INR 10 million
• Technology benchmarking experience
• Candidate should be self-driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of Concept) directly and through a team
• Preparation of RFP, DPRs and Technical Bids
• Conversant with CMMi L5 framework
Working experience for Government Clients & Data Centre would be added advantage

• Maintain and share web analytics & reporting - application and DB
• DB issues troubling shooting & Optimization of DB issues - run time/periodic DB activities - monitoring indexes/DB health
• Assisting application teams in migration scripts and writing web-services (push/pull data) from/to other databases
• Advise application teams on data archival/purging techniques
• Devise methodology of central DB repositories like data centres.
• Conversant with CMMi L5 framework
• Must have administered DB volumes in excess of 100 GB - for client/server and web-based
