Indian Maritime University,Chennai invites Expression intrest from from the practicing professional firms / professionals (CA) well experienced in compilation, verification & reconciliation of bank statements preferably with working experience in Universities or educational institutions.
1. Compilation and verification of entries in Accounting Package (Tally ERP 9) in respect of all receipts except Grant in aid from Govt.;
2. IMU has, in all 11 bank accounts for fee collection and operational accounts. Scope also includes preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements in respect of these operational accounts
3. Review of fee receipts and identification of outstanding dues in respect of student fees
How to Apply : Interested professional firms / professionals may submit their responses giving brief details of firm / individual, work experience, estimated time & effort along with lump sum rate for the entire scope of work in a sealed cover super-scribed “Expression of Interest for providing accounting services for 2012-13”, to Dy. Registrar (Finance),Indian Maritime University,East Coast Road,Uthandi,Chennai – 600 119 on or before 25/02/2013 (25 February 2013) at 15.00 hours.
