Qualification : Ph.D. degree.first class degree at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the appropriate
branch of Engineering/Technology.10 years of experience in Teaching/Industry/Research out of which 5.years must be at the level of Associate Professor and/or equivalent..Candidates from Industry/Profession.First class degree at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the appropriate.branch of Engineering/Technology and with Professional work which is significant and can be recognized as
equivalent to Ph.D* degree and with 15 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at a Senior Level comparable to that of an Associate Professor would also be eligible.
Associate Professor:
Payscale : Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 +G.P Rs.9,000.
Qualification : Ph.D. degree ,First class degree at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the appropriate
branch of Engineering/Technology.8 years of experience in Teaching/Industry/Research out of which 5.years must be at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP 8000 and/or equivalent.
Assistant Professor (AGP 8000):
Payscale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + G.P Rs.8,000.
Qualification : Ph.D. degree.First Class in Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the appropriate branch of
Engineering/Technology.3 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research at the level of.Lecturer/ Assistant Professor with AGP 6000 or equivalent.
Assistant Professor (AGP 7000):
Payscale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + G.P Rs.7,000.
Qualification : First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology. No minimum experience required. Candidates expecting the result of the Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology by August 2012 may also apply.
Assistant Professor (AGP 6000):
Payscale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + G.P Rs.86,000.
Qualification : First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology. No minimum experience required. Candidates expecting the result of the Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology by August 2012 may also apply.
