EXPERIENCE : 2 Years - 4 Years.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : BE/Msc with more than 2 to 4 years of experience, Bsc/Bcom/BA with 2.6 to 4 years and Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience.

ELIGIBILITY :

1. Should not have more than 3 years of academic and carrer breakblog.emman.in

2. BE/Msc with more than 2 to 4 years of experience, Bsc/Bcom/BA with 2.6 to 4 years and Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience.

3. Candidates have attended within 6months are not eligible to atten again.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Candidates should have hands on experience with:
- Expertise in troubleshooting Laptop / Desktop HW and computer peripheral issues i.e. local / network printer, Fax equipments etc

-Experience in troubleshooting collaboration / messaging technologies i.e. Lotus notes, Blackberry, Quick place etcblog.emman.in

- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Applications i.e. MS Office, Internet Explorer, Operating System issues, Issues related to Virus / Malware etc

-Experience in troubleshooting connectivity related issues i.e. VPN, Wireless etc

-Experience in troubleshooting Office Telephony, audio / video conference related issues

-Experience in application support i.e. web or client based applications, In-house developed or Off-the-Shelf applications troubleshooting

-Experience of working in SLA based environment

-Understanding of Service Desk Environment and its day to day operations

-Exposure to ID and Access Management (Active Directory and Application)

-Exposure to handling mobile telephony based issue and co-ordination with telecom service providers

-Exposure to ITIL based work environment

-Experience in Service Desk / Technical Support handling global customers

-Oral and Written communication skills
