Candidate Requirement :
2-5 years of pharma sales experience preferably in ophthalmic division.
Graduate preferably B Pharm/B Sc/Microbiology

Job Specification :
*Plan for the achievement of his territory's sales budget every month.
*Deliver promotional messages tailored to each customer need
*Classify doctors in his territory in to categories as per the guideline
*Call on doctors/medical practitioners depending upon their importance for generating sales of B+L products as planned.
*Collect information on competitors’ products and activities.
*Book orders from retailers/hospitals and ensure adequate availability/visibility at their shelves.
*Recommend appointment, and manage distributers in the assigned territory.
*Prepare and implement special schedule for doctors’ visit at the time of new product launch or specific campaign.
*Present effectively special features/benefits of the product, its proven efficacy, new research and clinical findings.
*Follow the approved tour programme, prepare and send reports as per the schedule and details finalised.
*Collect the data on annual budget for medicines in the hospitals, their mode of purchase, rate contract, selection committee members
*Maintains regular contacts with medical practioners, consultants, pharmacists and distributors.
*Ensure on time collection of paybles.
