Ittiam is looking for Software Engineers for high-end multimedia technology. Experience in multimedia algorithms, systems, applications ranging from 2 – 7 years with a BE / ME in EE / ECE / CS. Expertise on TI OMAP3 / OMAP4 DSP, ARM11, Cortex A8/A9 platforms MUST

Smartphone Multimedia: C/ Java on Android / Linux, Frameworks-Stagefright / PV / Gstreamer / OpenMax IL, AVI / ASF / Mp4 / RTP / RTSP / HTTP. Android MM API and Classes

Audio Codec / Acoustics: Audio Effects, Signal Processing Algorithms, AEC, Noise Reduction, DSP implementation, Android/Linux System integration

Image, Video, Vision: Imaging & Vision algorithms design / Camera pipeline tuning. Face detection/recognition, 2D-3D codecs, Video / Image Pre / Post processing. H.264 / SVC / MVC algorithms

Video Communications: Media Framework/components (AJB / CPT / DTMF) / Protocols (SIP / IMS / RTP / SRTP), C / C++/Java with system integration on Linux/Android, Knowledgein VoIP MUST.

1. Manager – Manufacturing: 10 – 12 years of experience in manufacturing. To optimize production efficiency, customer satisfaction and maximum contribution to profitability through efficient manufacturing processes

ELIGIBILITY(for Asst. Managers): Engineering graduate with 4 – 6 years of experience / technical diploma (Mechanical/production) with 7 – 8 years of experience.

2. Manufacturing: Responsible for production deliveries, channel efficiency, improvement activities, shift management & on-the-job training to personnel. Facilitate in driving TPM and 5 S culture at shop-floor

3. Process Engineering: Facilitate in design and development of new product / new process / new tooling and continuous improvements in current process. Formulate new design concept and improve in existing tool design and design for new products.

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure improvement activities in products / processes to improve the quality of the product. Prepare and coordinate for quality system and process audits

5. Supply Chain Planner: To ensure availability of products on time to customers by best possible customer availability service given the production and supplier constraints. Establish supply channel concept, supply delivery conditions, procedures and parameter values.
