Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Skills/Experience: • Graduates with an ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data • Excellent command over English • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills • Flexibility to work in shifts
Customer Service Executive – Credits & Procurement
Skills/Experience: • MBA Finance/M.Com/BBM/ B.Com; with 0-3 years’ experience • Good understanding of Corporate Credits Products/ Commercial Lending Cycle/Credit Services Procurement & Accounts Payable Mortgages
Analyst – IT Processing Operations
Skills/Experience: • 0-2 years’ experience in the IT Help Desk environment • Good communication skills
Analyst – IT Infrastructure • Telecom Analyst: CCNA certification with
2+ years’ experience in Networking, and experience in working with Routers, Switches & Network protocols in the Telecom domain
• BI Support Analyst: Cognos/Hyperion/DataStage Business objects tools certification with 2+ years’real-time administrator experience • Remote Desktop Support: MCSE/MCP staff with 2+ years’ experience in application and desktop support
• Network Security: CCSA Certified Engineers with 3+ years’ experience in Checkpoint firewalls.
