Position : Programmer

Candidate Requirement :
-4 years of experience with Java/J2EE web applications
-Strong knowledge on Object Oriented concepts
-Java based web technologies: Servlets, JSP, XML, Web Services, AJAX
-Frameworks : Struts, Hibernate, Springs
-Experience on JavaScript, HTML, CSS
-Database : DB Concepts, Strong knowledge of SQL
-Web / App Servers: Tomcat or JBoss , Web sphere, Web Logic
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge in integration, version control and build releases

Job Specification :
Responsible for development of web based business applications using Java and related web technologies. To have strong problem solving skills and able to manage teams of 3-5 members. Able to adapt to new technologies, train (team members) and implement.
