• Company Secretary : Qualification :  Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) ,Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration.,Salary : Rs.15,600 - 39,100 + GP Rs.5,400.,Experience : Two years of professional experience in reputed Company/ Government Undertaking as Comp any Secretary.
