Government of Puducherry invites application for Primary School Teacher.
Primary School Teacher : 171 Posts (Puducherry and Karaikal Region -150 Posts,Mahe -10 Posts and Yanam-11 Posts).,Pay Band : Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + GP Rs.4,200.,Qualification :A pass in Higher Secondary or its equivalent with 50 % marks in aggregate and Diploma in Teacher Education or Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training of a duration of not less than 2years offered by an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. The minimum academic qualification for admission to the Diploma in Teacher Education or Certificate in Basic Teachers Training should be Higher Secondary or its equivalent and Should have studied the particular Regional language (
Tamil/ Malayalam / Telugu) as one of the subjects upto Secondary level or as one of the subjects in the D.T.Ed Course or studied Diploma in Teacher Education / Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training in the relevant medium of instruction.,Agelimit : 18 - 32 years.
