Overseas Man Power Corporation maintains a computerized Data Bank of over 25,000 candidates. Registered candidates are sorted by categories and are accessed by their relevancy to the requirement.
The demand is received directly from the overseas employers. The credibility of the employer, the terms and conditions of employment are checked. If found satisfactory and if the salary offered pertains to the prevailing market rates, the Corporation selects suitable candidates from its Data Bank and forwards their Cvs. If it is felt that suitable candidates are not available in the Data Bank, the Corporation inserts advertisement in the local Press with the consent of the employers and mobilizes candidates. The cost of advertising will either be fully absorbed by the Corporation or shared with the employer on a case-to-case basis. The Corporation also issues Press releases in local newspapers for publication as editorial matter entirely free of cost for mobilizing suitable candidates.
If need be, the Corporation arranges to tap the source like State Government owned Corporations/Boards and arranges to supply manpower conforming to the requirements of the employer. The Employment Exchanges, especially the Professionally and Executive Employment Office, are also one of the best sources being tapped by the Corporation to identify suitable candidates, especially for posts that require professional skills. The Corporation also arranges for trade test wherever required. On the part of the applicants, the Corporation ensures that the foreign employer executes the contract properly and the applicants are in no way exploited.

How to Register ?
You can able to Register by postal or directly but peoples having thier passport are only eligible to Register.candidate who seeks registration should possess at least 2 years experience in the relevant post for which he desires to be considered.Inorder to avoid the imigration proplems you have to possess a minimum age limit of 18 years and minimum Qualification of SSLC(10th Standard) Pass.
Registration Fee : According to Applicants Qualification It has been Changed from Rs.600 to Rs.1000.

The registration with the Corporation will be valid for 2 years counting from the month of registration. Those who desire to continue their registration beyond this period should renew their registration. The renewal fee is Rs.115/-. For belated renewal upto two months, an additional fee of Rs.225 /- is collected.
